Andres provides operating consulting and administrative support across Keogh Consulting.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and has expanded his consulting knowledge by completing a Master Executive in Business Consulting and Advising in Madrid – Spain.

Andres’ consultancy experience has been in Remuneration and Benefits and Human Capital across Venezuela, Central America and the Caribbean. He has provided support to organizations within the oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, retail, financial services, insurance and pharmacy sectors.

Throughout his professional career, Andres has also been expose to the operational line working in different HR functions, including HR Budgeting, Payroll, Employee services, Industrial Relations and Change Management.

His professional focus is on enhancing HR effectiveness with an innovative approach. He strives to work together with the client across the organization, creating value by rewarding and engaging people in an effective and efficient manner.
