Jayne Dunn, Senior Consultant
Jayne is a senior consultant based in the Adelaide office. Jayne has over 15 years experience in organisational and people development through her work with public, private and voluntary sector organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Jayne began her career as a teacher in Adelaide. She quickly progressed into management where she held a number of leadership roles in the South Australian public sector including the management of the Registered Training Organisation within the Department of Education and Children’s Services.
In 2003, she ventured further a field and relocated to Scotland in the United Kingdom. She held several positions there including a lecturing role with Dundee University, a leadership role in workplace learning and development with the Institute for Research and Innovation in Social Services and more recently, as Head of Department in Leadership and Management Development with the Scottish Ambulance Service.
Jayne has a love of learning; both her own and others. She has a number of qualifications including a Masters in Educational Management, post-graduate certificates in executive coaching and public sector management, a Bachelor of Education and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. These qualifications, combined with her quest for challenge have enabled her to successfully lead a number of significant projects including the development of a learning framework for over 160 000 staff in the social services sector in Scotland and a career framework for the Scottish Ambulance Service.
Jayne has a passion for working with people and organisations and watching them transform to achieve their aspirations. She particularly enjoys stepping outside the box, turning things ‘on their head’ and then working with clients to find creative and workable solutions.
