Tania Bauk – Senior Consultant

Tania is a consultant based in the Adelaide office. Her background is in organisational and people transformation, with extensive experience in the development and facilitation of learning initiatives.

She comes to Keogh from the Curriculum Council in Western Australia as Senior Manager Corporate and Online Services. In this role she has provided leadership in a number of change management processes including organisational restructuring and the implementation of state-wide reform initiatives.

Tania has exceptional liaison and negotiation skills with expertise in relationship management. Her ability to work with people at all levels, and to establish and facilitate key stakeholder relationships are fundamental to her success in guiding organisations through change.

Tania has a number of qualifications, most recently a Masters in Human Resource Management with a focus on Leadership and Organisational Development. She is a certified MBTI practitioner.
