Tristan brings to Keogh Consulting a diverse background in both public and private enterprise. He comes to Keogh Consulting most recently from the federal government where he worked as a senior program evaluator. In this role, he co-authored several significant reviews of departmental programs including post-implementation reviews of the:

  • $250m initiative aimed at driving increased enterprise-level productivity in Australian SMEs
  • Commonwealth supported $640m early-stage venture capital scheme

In addition, Tristan has had experience writing regular economic briefs for two federal Ministers and for providing analytical input into the government’s annual review of the state of the services sector in Australia. He also brings to Keogh an understanding of business creation and operation from past experience owning a diverse retail and hospitality-based business.

Tristan provides well-honed stakeholder engagement skills, complex analytical abilities and a refined writing capability. In addition, his ability to subtly campaign for change and communicate clearly and persuasively with senior leadership regularly leads to support and implementation of recommendations.

His strong interpersonal skills and a consultative and respectful approach towards others are keys to his success in driving change management in large organisations.

He has a Bachelor of Business (International Business, Finance and Trade) and is in the final stages of completing a Master of Business (Professional Accounting).
