Wilson Peng – Principal Consultant, Associate

Wilson is an associate with Keogh Consulting.

Based alternately in Guangzhou Province, China and Adelaide, South Australia. Wilson was born in China and educated in the UK. His qualifications include an MBA ‐ Graduate School of Management – University of Hull, UK and Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical). He is a professional member of the Institute of Engineers and a graduate of the Phillips Centre in fibre optics.

He is bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Wilson has line operational management & general management experience which complements his consulting experience. He has managed and consulted to large and small organisations across the globe and his career has an international reach as he has worked in China, Germany, Holland, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South America and Australia.

His professional consulting focus has been in business and organisational development, strategic management, process improvement and business development and his passion is for developing evolving leaders. In his change management work, Wilson has worked extensively to combine management and merging cultures supported by his extensive project management and greenfield development expertise.
